Pour une Pédagogie universitaire basée sur la valorisation du potentiel humain

This article traces and briefly analyses the stages and results of a pedagogical project which the author conducted during the course of his teaching. This project is well within the perspective outlined by Jacques Daignault (1983) which states: pedagogy only has sense to compete with good sense and common sense. In the circumstances, the good sense alluded to in the project is that of authoritative power which has traditionally dominated university teaching, even if only appearing implicitly. Within the framework of a course destined for graduate students, the goal of the project, based on the assumption that the learner possesses a certain knowledge, was to promote and facilitate the organisation of this knowledge so as to form new knowledge. As a result of this experiment, several reflections and conclusions emerged of most interest to those preoccupied with pedagogy, which, in the end, is perhaps more a question of art than science.
