Cet article se penche sur l’organisation et les répercussions du programme d’évaluation de la Colombie-Britannique. Il présente une série d’événements historiques qui ont eu un effet sur son évolution. L’article expose également des mesures précises auxquelles le programme a donné lieu tant au niveau provincial qu’au niveau local du système scolaire. Il examine enfin les difficultés qui se posent dans la conception et la mise en application des programmes d’évaluation.
